Founder

Aizhan Azhybaeva is the founder and CEO of NomadX. With deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, DevSecOps, and AI engineering, Rustem built NomadX to bridge the gap between AI potential and enterprise reality in the UAE and GCC.

Before founding NomadX, Rustem established devsecops.ae and kubernetes.ae as trusted DevSecOps and Kubernetes consultancies in the region — the infrastructure foundation upon which production AI systems run. NomadX represents the natural ascent from infrastructure consulting to AI-native business transformation.
